One of the greatest qualities we desire to foster & build within the Friendship Patriots youth football program is a culture of family, not only in involvement but in the care and support our players and families have for one another. Our belief is that “WE IS GREATER THAN ME”. Although we will recognize personal achievement, we will win, lose or draw as a family! No one player is more important than another. We WILL NOT tolerate hazing, bullying, cheap shots or “grand standing” by ANY player, parent or coach.
We do encourage parental involvement in our football program. We encourage parents and family members to be a part of the team at practice and at games in a positive manner. Our coaches are encouraged to engage parents through two-way communication throughout the season to achieve the highest development for each young athlete. We welcome feedback and will send out a survey towards the end of each season for parents to fill out.
Winning games will come and go but the relationships and bonds formed by the players will be what they remember.
“People who work together will win, whether it be against complex football defenses or the problems of modern society.” - Vince Lombardi
